How to report a problem
- Revert the harmful edit from the page history, with a clear edit summary.
- Start a topic here with the page name, the account or IP involved, and links to the problem edits (for example
[[Special:Diff/123456]]). - Stay calm and factual. Do not argue with the person on this page.
- An administrator will respond. Notify the user on their talk page that they were mentioned.
How proposals work
- State the proposal clearly in the first paragraph.
- Discussion stays open at least 7 days.
- Reply with Support, Oppose, or Comment and a short reason, signed with
~~~~. - A proposal passes when most participants agree and the objections have been addressed. An uninvolved administrator closes it.
- Content disputes about one article belong on that article's talk page, not here.
